Shopping with Charlie was amazing. He truly put on a master class of customer service, patience, and attentiveness to the things my wife and I wanted in our vehicle. His proactive communication throughout the process meant I never had to wait around and wonder what was going on. Most of all, he was not pushy at all! Charlie made it evident that his end goal was not just “making the sale” but rather “making the customer happy” and getting us what we wanted in the end.
